"The Essence” is a full interior design and build project transforms a 2-storey semi-detached landed home as a refined modern contemporary residence. Spatial planning prioritizes openness and clarity, with the living, dining, and kitchen areas visually connected to enhance flow while maintaining distinct functional zones.

A restrained palette of whites and greys is carried consistently throughout the home, reinforcing a sense of continuity across both levels. Clean-lined cabinetry, integrated storage, and concealed detailing reduce visual clutter and allow the architecture to remain the focus. Glass surfaces and reflective finishes subtly amplify natural light, giving the interiors a bright and airy quality.

The design is intentionally minimal yet highly functional, offering flexibility for daily family life. The result is a home that feels crisp, timeless, and thoughtfully resolved, modern in expression, yet enduring in character.
