“The Atrium” This full interior design and build project transforms a District 10 penthouse through two major renovation phases over a span of seven years. The home’s original mid-century industrial character provided the foundation for its evolution, with each renovation refining the space to better reflect the homeowner’s changing needs and lifestyle.

The most recent redesign introduces a custom-built loft and spiral staircase, strategically designed to fully utilize the residence’s soaring ceiling height. This vertical intervention becomes both a functional and sculptural centerpiece, creating a strong visual connection between levels while enhancing circulation and spatial flow.

Warm materials, expressive architectural features, and carefully calibrated detailing are layered throughout the home to soften the industrial framework without diluting its character. The result is a residence that feels architectural yet personal, a space shaped over time, where clarity, craftsmanship, and lived experience come together seamlessly.
